     Owners Roger & Loretta met at ASU in the Spring of 1989.  That Summer, Roger took a job with Kowalski Construction, a large restoration & rebuild firm, in Phoenix.  He ended up on a crew re-roofing homes all summer in the Phoenix heat.  They were married in December of 1989 & continued their studies as a couple.  Roger continued working in construction and restoration while Loretta kept her job in banking.  Both eventually became managers with their respective firms.  

     After a few years with Kowalski, Roger entered into real estate and building obtaining his real estate license in 1992.  That same year they bought their first home from a small builder who let them perform a lot of sweat equity as part of the down payment.  The builder, Trend Homes, offered Roger a sales position which he eagerly accepted.  Loretta joined him a few years later after earning her degree in Secondary Education.  She would go on to manage their design center & Roger earned his AZ broker's license in 1999.  He would later become a sales manage & VP of sales.  In 2005, Trend was up for sale & a deal looked like it was in the works.  They were close with the owners and after 14 years decided to move on to new ventures instead of riding the wave of uncertainty with new ownership, by relocating to Flagstaff.

     Today they are full time Flagstaff residents, along with their two children.  They currently live in a home they designed & built themselves, just a few minutes from their office.  

     They enjoy frequenting Arizona Snowbowl as a family in the winter season.  During the Spring & Summer months, they enjoy boating and camping on Lake Powell as much as their busy work load permits!
